Memberships

The Introduction to Corporate/Small Business Fitness has now been developed to help motivate businesses or small groups within companies to get involved within health and fitness in a cost effective manner.

Studio rates are based on number of possible users on a monthly basis (average of 3hrs/week per user). Prices do not include GST. Studio Fees are paid in four(4) month blocks for the periods of Jan-Apr, May-Aug and Sept -Dec. Payment is to be made by cheque to Vital Edge.

2 Participants	$69.95 / month
3-5 Participants	$129.95 / month
6-10 Participants	$224.95 / month
11-15 Participants	$274.95 / month

Studio Fees

Studio fees for a partial month are complimentary to allow your company time to become familiar with the facilities and hopefully answer any questions or concerns you may have. This complimentary month only applies to the companies or individuals planning to join the following month.

Studio Access

There is access to the building during regular business hours of 6 am – 8 pm / Monday – Friday and 10 am – 4 pm / Saturday. Entrance to the studio itself is by an access keypad. The code for the studio door will be given to member upon payment and they will be notified of the code changes when they happen. If you have any access problems please contact the studio.

Studio Etiquette

Please be aware of fitness etiquette at all times. This means wiping down equipment after use, putting weights and other equipment back neatly and treating the studio like your own personal gym.

Studio Usage

Vital Edge does not assume any responsibility for any persons using the studio without proper supervision. Please only use the equipment that you are familiar with and when using the free weights be sure to have a training partner there to assist you. Check out the Training Schedule for available free space for workout times. Studio still available during personal training bookings.
