The Group Training class was developed to help create mobility, flexibility and stability while enhancing core strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. Training the group is about helping the participants create proper upper and lower body rotation while developing power for the golf swing. If your goal is to increase yardage, lower your handicap or just play injury free the key is to build a healthy, strong and stable body with the Edge Golf Program.
